Built to support your existing advisors.
Most buyers already retain a QoE provider, deal counsel, and often an R&W insurance broker. FirstSounding is designed to land before their reports and to feed them, so the money you spend on advisors goes to testing problems rather than looking for them.

Your QoE provider
Receives our reconciliation findings and rebuilt figures on day three, with the accounts and EBITDA adjustments that need attention. The QoE still provides the signed opinion your lenders need. Its work begins closer to the answer.
Your counsel
Receives the contract findings: change-of-control and assignment clauses, exclusivity terms, litigation and liens found outside the room. Counsel determines their legal significance. We identify where they are.
Your R&W insurer
Underwriters ask what diligence was done and what it found. A cited forensic and reconciliation report, plus the record of how findings were resolved, makes for a shorter underwriting call and fewer blanket exclusions.
Your lenders
Lenders funding the deal get an independent read on the collateral and cash. If they need to rely on our work formally, a reliance letter is available.
Scope limitations
We do not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice, sign audit opinions, or make investment recommendations. Our role ends at the facts, the risks, and their estimated impact. Read the important notice.

Share the sector, the deal size, and the end of exclusivity. We respond within one business day with an assessment of fit and the proposed scope of the report.
