Each deal in its own workspace, deleted when the engagement ends.

Sellers grant data room access on trust, and buyers answer for every advisor they admit. We handle deal data accordingly.

01

Access

We work from our own named advisor seat, with the rights the seller grants and nothing more. We never use shared credentials and never automate access beyond what the seat allows.

02

Isolation

Each deal runs in its own workspace. Documents and findings from one engagement are never visible to another, and never shared across clients.

03

Our own models, on our own infrastructure

Our models are fine-tuned for due diligence and run on-premises. Data room documents are processed there and never sent to a third-party AI provider. They are never used to train models, ours or anyone else's.

04

Deletion and retention

When the engagement ends, the workspace and every copy of data room documents are deleted, and we confirm deletion in writing. The final report and its review record (reviewer sign-offs and engagement correspondence) are kept for the period set in the engagement letter, for reliance letters and insurer questions.

05

People

Everyone who touches a deal, including reviewers and specialists, is under confidentiality obligations and is screened for conflicts first.

06

Your security review

We complete your security questionnaire and sign your NDA before engagement. If your compliance team has specific requirements for data location or retention, we address them during the scoping call.

Discuss a transaction under LOI.

Share the sector, the deal size, and the end of exclusivity. We respond within one business day with an assessment of fit and the proposed scope of the report.
